Cruz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and has over 16 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. She joined the firm in 2022 and works with clients across multiple industries, ensuring accurate and reliable financial records.
She is Xero certified and fluent in both English and Spanish, with working proficiency in Portuguese. Outside of work, Cruz enjoys spending time with her family, pets, and staying active at the gym.
